Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of ScaleOS, provided by TransformationOS LLP (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, your organisation agrees to these terms.
1. Eligibility
ScaleOS is a business-to-business product. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you register, and be at least 18 years old.
2. Accounts & organisations
Each subscribing company operates as its own organisation within ScaleOS. Organisation admins are responsible for managing user access, roles, and the accuracy of data entered by their team.
3. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation & refunds
Plans, prices, and billing cycles are as published on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
Cancellation
You may cancel your ScaleOS subscription at any time from account settings, or by writing to info@getscaleos.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or quarterly, as applicable) — you retain access until then, and you will not be charged again after that cycle ends.
Refunds
ScaleOS is a subscription service, so “returns” don't apply — the two things that matter are cancellation (stopping future billing) and refunds (money back for what's already been charged). Because ScaleOS provides immediate digital access to the platform for the full billing period paid, we do not offer refunds for partial months or quarters already in progress. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, with no further charge — but the amount already paid for that period is not refunded. We do not offer a first-time money-back guarantee.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — duplicate charge, wrong plan, or a failed cancellation that still billed you — contact info@getscaleos.com within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine errors, including a refund where warranted.
Enterprise plans
Custom Enterprise agreements are governed by the specific terms in the signed order form or contract, which take precedence over this section where they differ.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay or ICICI Bank, whichever processed the original charge, within 7–10 business days.
4. Service delivery
ScaleOS is a cloud-based software service — nothing is physically shipped. This section explains how and when access is delivered.
Delivery of service
On successful payment, access to your ScaleOS organisation is provisioned automatically and is typically available within a few minutes. If a manual setup step is required (for example, a new Enterprise account), we will provision access within 1–2 business days and notify you by email once it's ready.
No physical goods
ScaleOS does not sell or ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or courier timelines associated with any plan.
Access issues
If you've paid but can't access your account, contact info@getscaleos.com and we'll resolve it as a priority — most access issues are fixed the same business day.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another organisation's data, reverse-engineering the product, or using it for unlawful purposes.
6. Your data
Your organisation retains ownership of all business data entered into ScaleOS (goals, KPIs, meeting notes, and similar content). We process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleOS's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid by your organisation in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata having exclusive jurisdiction.
